The Human Resources Forum 2007

The Human Resources Forum is an opportunity to take part in a mixture of supplier meetings and conference, and to renew acquaintances, make new contacts and share best practices with suppliers and other peers.

It's also an event where you're likely to achieve more in three days than you usually do in three months! Delegates attend free of charge but by invitation only. We provide the conference, your choice of meetings with suppliers, meals and accommodation.

Top 3 HR Issues of concern stated by Delegates attending The Human Resources Forum 2007.

Delegates completing their questionnaire for this this May's Human Resources Forum, have been asked a series of questions, including:

  • Which 3 key HR issues will you be addressing over the next 12–18 months?

Of the first 150 delegates who have already responded, the top 3 HR issues are:

  1. Employee engagement/retention, reward/recognition
  2. Talent management, resourcing, succession planning
  3. Organisational and cultural change

We'll be joined by suppliers who can address these issues and we've built a conference programme to explore these and other issues. So, if any of these topics resonate with you, why not consider joining us in May.
